The first session is free of charge and is for 30 mins.

Adult, Young People's and Neuro-Inclusive Counselling are between £80 - 100 per 60-minute session.

I have a sliding scale so you can choose the level of fee you can afford, depending on income.

Concessionary spaces are also available for those currently out of work and for trainee therapists.

ADHD Coaching sessions are £80 - 100 per 60-minute session if paid by the individual. When funded through Access to Work or private health insurance, sessions are £100.
